A personal health-record organiser built around an Excel master workbook. It brings medical history, laboratory results and other tracked health records into a consistent interface, with local editing, reports, attachments and recovery.

How it fits your day

Import the latest workbook, enter or correct records, update Excel, transfer that saved workbook and import it on the other device.

What you can do

1. 01

   Import the master workbook with a preview, record matching and conflict review. App and workbook edits can be reconciled rather than silently overwritten.

2. 02

   Add and edit records, use lists or cards, search and sort, and manage master lists and recycled records. New dates use MM/DD/YYYY.

3. 03

   Update a master workbook or save an updated copy. Original populated historical cells are retained, while corrections and additional record types use supporting sheets.

4. 04

   Build filtered reports, print or save PDF, and create full backups including records, attachments, settings and the saved workbook.
